Following the success of last year’s sold-out Taste of Michelin festival, InterContinental David Tel Aviv invites you to embark on another incredibly flavorful and fresh gastronomic journey.

Returning in January 2018, InterContinental David Tel Aviv’s The Taste of Michelin: A Culinary Experience will celebrate seasonal ingredients and fresh west coast flavors. Welcoming Michelin star Chef Daniel Corey of Luce [InterContinental San Francisco] to Aubergine’s kitchen, the week-long menu will feature contemporary Californian cuisine with unique Mediterranean flair.

Born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA, Daniel Corey is the Chef de Cuisine of Luce in the InterContinental San Francisco. Whether it’s listening to reggae music, surfing, relaxing at the beach, traveling, or tasting San Francisco’s vibrant foodie scene, he always seems to find a little source of culinary inspiration.
